Repair Pricer offers an advanced home inspection cost calculator that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) to provide accurate repair estimates. HomeBinder is a home management platform that offers centralized home documents, maintenance tools, and reminders to homeowners.
iGo plans to integrate these solutions to help inspection companies operate more efficiently and provide enhanced services to agents and buyers. The merger aims to drive better outcomes for consumers, inspectors, and the home inspection industry as a whole. The first integration will involve incorporating key home inspection details into the HomeBinder experience using Repair Pricer’s technology. The full integration into the iGo platform is expected to be completed this year.
